Donald Trump promised no wars. He lied. We are at war. I pray for the safety of our people and our troops everywhere because Donald Trump has painted a target on their heads while he spends his time playing golf and trafficking in the privileges of his office.
Trump lied to the country, ignored the Constitution in refusing to seek Congressional authorization, and has now thrown us into a disastrous war. We do not know when Trump’s war will end but do we know that it has begun for those who cannot buy Trump’s time by the hour.
The Trump regime must explain, tonight, why it chose war on a nation that has not attacked us; lying to the people is an old Republican tradition but this does not mean that we should not demand answers. I will not waste our time asking for a classified briefing. Asking our people to die so that Trump’s donors can profit is public. Let us have Trump address the nation tonight and be ready, for once, to answer questions. Donald Trump is completely responsible for this illegal war. While I do not honestly expect his rabble of chicken-necked servants in Congress to show any spine, I ask them to join me in voting to impeach Donald Trump and JD Vance immediately.
